No Sweat Intro

Book a Free No Sweat Intro CrossFit Cure. First, we will give you a tour of our facility. Then we will answer any questions you may have and talk about your health and fitness goals. At any rate, whether you have been an athlete for years or are just starting out, you will leave here with some free advice on how best to achieve those goals by expert coaches who truly care about every person who walks through our door.

This assessment is absolutely free! There are no strings attached and no obligations.

What to Expect:

First, we will take you on a quick tour of the facility. Then we will sit down and answer the questions you might have about who we are and how we train at CrossFit Cure. Some common questions might be:

  • Do I have to be fit to CrossFit?
  • What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
  • What kind of results can I expect?
  • How often should I come?
  • Do I have to stop eating donuts?

Expect to spend about 30 mins to an hour at our gym. Most of all, our free No Sweat Intro is also a great way for you to see if CrossFit Cure is a good fit for you.

This gym has awesome coaches with alot of training, they know how to train with safety in mind and help you reach your goals. My sister and I are doing the Legends class for the over 50 group, we want to stay healthy for a long time and enjoy life, with this great gym we will!

I have had the JOY of being introduced to Crossfit by Kai and her team. In a mere 2 months I have lost 20 lbs but most importantly I have gained movement that I haven't had in years! I can squat! Holy cow! I took the foundations class and that gave me so much more confidence to join regular classes. Kai is wonderful at adapting each movement to your personal needs. I NEVER thought this was a sport for me and it was reserved for athletes but I can say I now feel empowered and look forward to each morning with my team!
