Practice makes… you better! We believe Open Gym is the perfect time for that. During Open Gym, you can practice at your own pace those skills that still elude you. You can also make up a workout you missed or try one that has caught your eye.
Open Gym is only available to our active members, and it is not a substitute for the CrossFit Classes. Athletes who spend a couple sessions in Open Gym each week will be amazed by how much faster the goals they have are reached.
Open Gym is available for several hours each day. There is always at least one of our coaches available if you run out of ideas for what to practice!
