STARTING OFF CAN BE INTIMIDATING FOR MANY AND THAT'S WHY WE HAVE A GUIDED INTRO EXPERIENCE FOR YOU.
Our intro program will help you get started at your own pace with our certified, world-class coaches helping you along the way.
60 days unlimited. If you attend 24 classes (12 per month) and are not happy with the program, it is fully refundable. ($300 Value)
(5) 60-minute PT one-on-ones to familiarize you with all of your levels, and movement scales. Guidance for setting up and maintaining your records in SugarWOD, Level Method ETC (3) 20-minute private goal sessions/check-ins. 100 days of unlimited classes.

Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!
DO you travel a lot, or have limited time for class? 10X per month may be for you. Some Athletes start at this pace, before upgrading to the unlimited. No Contract.
In it’s true definition, CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at it finest.

Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions, set measurable and specific goals for your success, and hold you accountable.
