Our intro program will help you get started at your own pace with our certified, world-class coaches helping you along the way.
8 weeks of our unlimited classes. If you attend 24 classes (at least 2 per week) and are not happy with your results, it is fully refundable. ($400 Value)
(5) 60-minute private sessions with a coach to familiarize you with all of your levels, and movement scales. Guidance for setting up and maintaining your records in SugarWOD, Level Method ETC (3) 20-minute private goal sessions/check-ins. 100 days of unlimited classes. ($1200 Value)
CrossFit Cure coaches are experts in fitness, and passionate about teaching you how to use CrossFit to reach your health, fitness and performance goals.
The CrossFit "prescription" is 4-6 times per week in group classes or personal training. When you couple that with a real foods nutrition program, you'll soon begin to feel unstoppable!

We know that for some, one-on-one coaching is what they they want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions, set measurable and specific goals for your success, and hold you accountable.
