Our intro program will help you get started at your own pace with our certified, world-class coaches helping you along the way.

Intro Class Features: Meet with a coach before your first class to discuss your previous fitness experience, goals and any concern. Then join us for a small group class scaled to your abilities.

Attend any class, any time! We offer 4 week, 6 month and year-long options! Come for a free trial class, meet with a coach and we will help you choose the best option for you. 

CrossFit Cure coaches are experts in fitness, and passionate about teaching you how to use CrossFit to reach your health, fitness and performance goals.

The CrossFit "prescription" is 4-6 times per week in group classes or personal training. When you couple that with a real foods nutrition program, you'll soon begin to feel unstoppable!
