Coach Uti has been a part of the CrossFit Community for several years. Before becoming a physical therapist in his “real” job, Uti was CrossFit L2 coach and Crossfit affiliate manager.
We were excited to add his expertise to our coaching staff in 2022! Having the extra knowledge from his PT program has helped Uti understand how injuries occur and ensuring safe and efficient movement is his top priority.
